Antonio differentiated himself from other companies by quickly calling, accommodating a quick free assessment and then scheduling the job at my convenience. His crew was extremely eager to do a quality job. Passing cables through walls is a job plagued with unpredictable obstacles. Antonio's crew members were gracious even though the job was challenging. I highly recommend his services.

Pedro Ferrao and his assistant were incredibly thorough and committed to solving my complex electric problem. They fixed it almost magically. I will use them for all electric work in my house from now on!

Initially I thought he was only coming to give me an estimate . He mentioned US$ 150 which i though was excessive. I said I would only pay US$ 75.00. and he agreed, However, in addition to the switch he fixed the hinges of the adjacent door, and I therefore paid US$ 150.00

After recently buying an old house that needed everything, we called Mr Ferraro. From the first time we spoke, I knew this was someone who I wanted to do business with. He answered his own phone (which is rare) , made an appointment to see the property and gave us a very fair estimate. He took the time to explain everything and what the job would entail. We agreed on a start date and had his company do a few things in our old house to get it ready to sell. It was also a good way to try them out. His team were as great as he was. Professional, clean, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We were impressed at the attention to detail as one of his crew took photos of how a very complicated lighting fixture came apart so it would be easy to re assemble. Then came the big job. His crew arrived on time and proceeded to work. Replacing and upgrading the electrical panel, installing new wiring and outlets, changing the existing outlets, replacing every fixture and outlet, etc. They even added HDMI and electric outlets in the wall so we were able to hang TV's with no visible wires. His crew ( Santiago did most of the work) would go out of their way to make you happy. Anthony checked in on a daily basis, answered questions and made sure everything was done as agreed. When they were almost done, I was very satisfied with the work. I was even more impressed when the Con Ed inspector complimented the job saying how professional and clean everything looked. I would recommend Ferrao Electric in a minute and will use them for all my electric needs.
