He didn't deliver on agreed scope of job to install electrical switches with dimmers. He quoted cost of job but then suggested new light bulb solution for less money . Nothing in writing. When he sent a young assistant to install bulbs, but not dimmer-switches, he charged higher price. It was my fault not to require written quote of terms and price.. I except partial blame for trusting him but will never work with him again.

They arrived early set the right expectations for the day and were professional. They were quick, efficient, and answered all of my questions. Everyone from the owner to the workers exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this company to my family and friends and would hire them again without hesitation or looking anywhere else. I recently moved and needed an electrician to upgrade from a 100 to a 200 amp service. I turned to Home Advisor for a recommendation. I found Antonio Ferrao was the most competitive so I figured I'd give him a try. The technician Pedro was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient... and he cleaned up his mess when he was finished with the job - not all electricians do! Great company and great service!!! So glad I've found my new electrician - what a relief I don't have to look around for one! I absolutely recommend!!!
