The work performed at our house was excellent and Milton, our contact was very good and explained issues as they arose. We would have preferred better grounds protection and cleanup, since stucco repair is a messy job, but Milton's men came back for additional cleaning on request.

We did a complete renovation of our home's exterior. Alfredo's did the masonry, restucco (to include the repair major cracks), paint all wood trim and windows, and new gutters. We also removed old shutters and had molding created for them by Alfredo's. Milton and his crew were reliable, responsible, professional, and true craftsmen. The work was extremely well done done down to the smallest of details. Our 1926 home looks brand new! Lastly, the value was amazing as we got separate quotes for repairs, painting, gutters, etc and Alfredo's price was best by individual project as well in total. We could not be happier with the project! We will be using them again and again on other work!

Milton and his crew did a fabulous job repairing and putting up stucco on the side and back of my house. They are hard workers that take pride in their craft and it shows. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Plus the price was reasonable.

Milton and his crew managed a very large job on my property in an efficient manner and attention to providing quality workmanship. In addition to replacing all the old stucco, I added other masonry work as my satisfaction grew. The only advice I offer is that I did not lay down my own tarps and ground covering as the debris made cleanup very difficult.

Milton from Alfredo's replaced some stucco that had buckled and made sure to keep me up to date with the progress. When an issue was found he let me know and showed me why he needed to do additional work and always returned or picked up my phone calls right away. The workers were very neat and did a great job cleaning up. I would hire them again.

The stucco installation was completed within the time frame. Milton and his team were always on time, and they dedicated extra time to the project , when there were delays due to the raining days. My calls and texts for follow ups were responded by Milton within the same day. As a customer, I'm very happy with the results. I have already recommended him to my close neighbors and friends.

Alfredo's Restoration charged me a $99 pre-payment that was to include 2 hours of drywall repair. He never called to arrange the service. When I called later he said he was booked for the next two weeks but would call back the next day with a date he was available. Never called back. Texted and called back 5-6 times. When I reached him on the phone he always said he was with a customer but would call back in 5 minutes, but never did. I contacted the company that referred him to me for help, but I was outside of their 30 day refund window so I was ineligible for a refund. They said they would contact Alfredo's but he didn't even return their messages. Finally, and as an exception, the compnay that referred him refunded my money because of my situation. Advice: Stay away, stay far away!
