+ -1 moreThe project manager/designer itemized down to a T, and I was charged for it. I was paying top dollar for the work and would expect then to get top quality services but I did not. They were very pleasant in a sense. They were friendly and were willing to "hold your hand" every step of the way. I wasn't exactly looking for that though. I wanted quality efficient work.
Description of Work: They remodeled a bathroom for me.

+ -1 moreI have been extremely impressed by the overall professionalism of this company, from their knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, and dedicated staff to their efficiency and attention to detail. Their level of customer service is exceptional. They took on a very difficult job under time constraints and it became very clear early on that I could completely rely upon them and their judgment. I cannot speak highly enough about this company and recommend them to anyone who is undertaking historic preservation work on Long Island or painting a historic home.
Description of Work: Sanding, preparation, and painting of exterior of 150 year old home. Preliminary report and recommendations regarding various structural work to be done in the future.
