This was not a positive experience from beginning to end. Although I was told when I scheduled the first appointment that there would be a $285 fee for the repairperson to walk through my door I could not imagine the price gouging that was to follow. Lesson #1 to me as homeowner: ask the contractor if they rip you off hour by hour. Imagine paying $285 for hour one and $270 for each subsequent hour! I did however decide to have him stay for the hour and fix what he could in that time so I did not simply pay for an empty estimate. Start the clock: he began working and fixing a few nicks and after approximately 45 minutes I made the decision to extend him to 1 1/4 hours. I checked the work, had him make a few adjustments, wrote a check and said our goodbyes. That lasted several days until one of my cabinets began peeling and looking worse than it had initially. I took a photo with my phone and emailed it to them. They agreed and back he came utilizing the same technique. All good for a few days and again the problems appeared. This time my husband scheduled the appointment and was apologized to being told that it would be taken care of suggesting that another method might have to be employed. Instead the same man returned and and insisted this was the only way to fix the cabinet in our home. He attempted to end the visit by having me sign off on an estimate agreeing that if the repair failed again they would take my door into their shop and repair it for another $550 (including pickup and delivery). I refused to sign anything, said my goodbye for life words to the repairman and closed the door behind him. I urge all of you out there to never to call this company. Bad news, bad work and the worst office manager you could ever imagine. Next time I call a handyman.
