The way they run the company is not at all professional. After numerous calls regarding overcharge,that was my mistake, (Over a month of calls), never got a call back from owner or reps, After contacting other companies to repair other windows of the same size, there charges are much better for the same glass replacement.

Jimmy and his crew were excellent. They really helped me out. They could have charged me for the replacement windows but Jimmy pointed out to me that the windows were still under warranty and walked me through the steps to get them covered. JPL saved me about $500.00!

Everything is expensive but Keith from JPL Glass and Store Fronts did a great job. I originally hired JPL Glass and Storefronts to replace screens and door in a 2 family rental. Then took Keith to another one family rental to do the screen door there. He e showed me how bad the windows there were. He measured and ordered windows. A week later, Keith came and installed the windows. He did an excellent job and my tenant is thrilled. It will be a big savings for her heat and cooling/ electric bill. JPL did a great job and gave me a quote beforehand... They are honest and do excellent work.

They explain what they think is needed and the cost, answer questions plainly and then do exactly what they said they would do at the price they quoted. And let me tell you, that is a rare experience!

I had two broken windows that needed to be replaced. Jim came out to look at the windows to see what needed to be done. Only one needed to be replaced and the other needed parts. He was very honest and fair. He ordered the parts for the windows the same day. His prices were very fair and cheaper than other places. His assistant Dan was so nice and friendly. He did such a great and he went above and beyond. I was very impressed. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs windows replaced.
