Jim was very responsive and easy to work with even though my schedule is nuts.

Jim was efficient and courteous but scheduling had a couple of miscommunications. The value and courtesy far outweighed the scheduling problems so I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself in the future.

Tfor the jobhe owner and his crew took personal interest in the work. Very professional; did everything and more as per agreement. We had a tight scheduledue to planned trip but they promised to complete before the drop dead date and did it. A small amount of work remains, but I am confident they will do it after our return. I recommend them highly.

Jim was punctual, courteous and easy to work with. He will be coming back to finish the job as he needed to replace the rollers (he has to order the right size) on the sliding glass patio door and repair several screen doors.

Stay away from them. They don't keep appointments , their workmanship is HORRIBLE... there was a waiting game

Professional. Cleaned-up after job was done. Don't know if price was great for a "double-pane only" replacement. Didn't call anyone else. One concern: I didn't receive a "paper" warranty, even tho' I was told I had a warranty on the pane. I will use them again.
