JPL did a great job. Very responsive and professional, and stood by their quote even when the job ended up being more difficult than they originally though (very old frames). Only mild complaint was that I had to check in on their timing for completing the work, vs. them proactively telling me their schedule and work plan.

Communication was very good, they came out promptly and when they said they would. Old glass was cleaned up thoroughly and new glass installed in a timely manner. The price was the best I could find and I called several different places. Great experience. I hope never to need them again ;o) But if I do, I will call them first.

Really good people to work with. Timely and considerate. Pricing at middle level of costings, but very thorough.

It was a small repair job. Nonetheless, Jim was there in 15 minutes and dealt with our problem immediately, completely and with a lovely sense of humor.
