They came on the 19th of November to give an estimate. It was $200 plus tax which I thought was expensive but needed to get the window fixed quickly. They told me they would order it and would be installed in a week. Since I did not hear from them, I called them the following Friday which was Nov 28th. I made an appointment for them to come and install the new window for December 5th. They arrived over an hour late. When they attempted to install the window, they cracked the new replacement. They had to order another one. I again did not hear from them and called them so I called on Dec 6. I made arrangements for them to install the window on the 13th of December at 10 am. They never showed up for the appointment. I called at 11:30 AM and left a message on their answering machine. They called me back at 5 pm and told me they were at my house but I was not home. This is untrue. I waited for them all day and they never came. I made another appointment for Dec 17th at 2 pm. Again, they never came. I again left a message and they never called back. All I can do is leave them messages which they now do not return. They had offered to install the window when I am not at home but I cannot allow them access to my house without me being home. I had given them $100 deposit and want either my window installed or my deposit returned. They also took my broken screen which I need to be returned. It is now December 18th and my window has not been repaired. They came back and completed the job on December 20th.
