We could not be happier. Tatiana, in the office, communicated in an efficient and very courteous way, scheduling our job on the same day. When Adrian arrived, he presented us with a friendly smile and a brochure about the company, quickly diagnosed the problem, discussed the reasons for it, quoted a reasonable price and did the job immaculately. This business clearly has high standards for its delivery of services.
