The Electrical Wizard was great. He installed a Google Nest into my home. He and his assistant were professional and courteous. He made sure everything was working before they left. I will hire him again.

The Service Provider arrived at 9:30 AM and installed the thermostat using an AC/AC adapter since there was no wire to power the thermostat. After the installation, the provider ran some tests on the thermostat and after the work was done we paid him $225 in cash without any written agreement. He did not give any receipt for the transaction at all. After he left we found out that the thermostat did not turn on the fan and instead did not divert power to it. Within 2 weeks our heating system was not working at all and when we called the provider back he said that he wouldn't help us anymore and whatever he had already done he won't do anything else. We were out of heat for 2 days because of the issues. After we called the Ecobee company found that the provider had programmed and wired the thermostat wrong and didn't put any wire into the fan.

John the owner does amazing work with the customer service and the technician, Dave was professional, efficient, pleasant to work with and did a great job! Their pricing is great and they purchased the supplies for me. I would highly recommend them and I promise you wont be disappointed ?????

They were contracted to hook up 2 nest thermostats in my home, they completed in less then 3 hours, tested and showed me how to controll it over the internet and manually They were excellent!

Professional workers, did not leave a mess, no cursing or smoking on the job, very organized, no searching for tools or trips to the store for parts.

It was disappointing to not have John come do the project. Initially the job was to install recess lights, repair motion sensors and install light posts. Turns out that the person John sent in his place only did the recess lights with no mention or attempt to perform the other jobs. I had to keep reminding him to adjust the high hat base to line up with and conceal the obvious gaps made (the holes in the ceiling appeared slightly wider than the circumference of the high hats installed. It took him 5 hrs to install the 6 lights which I though was lengthy given there was no electrical connections made. Entire process was just different from what I was expecting which is why I took away 1 star
