Had an electrical problem . It involved trenching out about 50 feet to my garage. Contacted Electrical Wizard. Leaving a message. A short time later John called. It was obvious from our conversation that he was knowledgeable and could fix my problem. We arranged a time for service. John and his crew (all presentable courteous and professional). Weâ re on time and fixed my electrical issue. Pricing was fair and I was happy. While here my next door neighbor also had an electric problem which John fixed. Neighbor was happy with his services as well.

This is a totally professional company that knows its business. There was a short circuit in one of the outlets that was found and fixed. Extra work done included refitting a front porch outlet that kept cutting out and installing a whole house surge protector. I had taken out one or two outlets to try to find the problem myself (I'm a retired electrical engineer} and expected to have to replace them myself, but everything was completely shipshape when they left. I was never so pleased by any contractor job. I highly recommend The Electrical Wizard. The company's title is truly appropriate.

The owner of the business is extremely personable and professional. He arrived on time did a perfect job along with team. Further, he took the time needed to explain to us how to switch over from public power to use of the generator. I will ask John to return for future upgrades to our home. I have every confidence you will do a great job.

John gave an honest, fair estimate and hooked up my pool line without issues. He was slow to get back to me but I get it that he is busy. I would use him again in the future.
