Description of Work: I have used them for years. Service has gone downhill and it takes months to get a cleaning of a furance under contract. Additionally, I asked for someone to let me know how much it would cost to put in more baseboard in a bedroom. They wanted to charge me $90.00 just to get the estimate. There are many choices of fuel oil companies and I have multiple accounts with them,. I am now looking to dump them and go with someone more responsive. I even asked that the servivce manager call before I worte this review and they ignored me.

Description of Work: We chose Swezey's Fuel Oil Service as our "go-to" company for fuel oil and burner maintenance. Our initial contract includes a reduced-rate two year maintenance of our burner/hot water system. In return, we pay a specific price for fuel, which can or cannot be beneficial, depending on the fluctuations in the market.

Description of Work: They installed an oil tank in our basement and did an excellent job. Swezey is currently our new oil company. Don't laugh, our old company said we didn't use enough oil. They lost out on our new tank. My husband was impressed with the gentlemen from Swezey who came to service the oil burner.

I APPRECIATED HOW QUICKLY SWEZEY'S RESPONDED WHEN MY BOILER QUIT WORKING. THEY TOOK THINGS APART AND WHEN THEY PUT IT BACK TOGETHER, I HAD HEAT. THEY SEEMED TO FIGURE IT OUT RIGHT AWAY.

I HAVE USED THEIR SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES FOR SEVERAL YEARS, IT'S A BIG OUTFIT AND THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR A LONG TIME, EMERGENCY SERVICE IS PROVIDED TWENTY FOUR HOURS, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK.
