I messaged Angelo on Angie's List and he was very timely in calling me back and scheduling an appointment to get my home pressure washed. Angelo and two other men with him came this morning, as planned and on time (the rain didn't stop them from working - they had proper gear on to do the job even in the heavy rain). I had a lot of junk on my siding in the backyard due to trees and debris. They were able to get it all off and it looks fantastic! They also left the property as it was given to them: with the outdoor items back in place and my patio cleared of all debris that must have fallen off the house. Honest and reliable with no issues at all. A++ for Angelo and his team.

I used Angelo's company to clean the roof on a rental house that I manage. I was very please with the work. In fact, he did a super job. He was on time. He was easy to deal with. He follow up to make sure that I was satisfied. Would I use him again -- Yes.

This is by far one of the best company experiences I have ever had (in regards to every facet of service provided--from initial call--estimate--communication-and then actual work and price)--I wish EVERY company was this detailed in other area's of work needed. I originally spoke with the owner (Angelo) and he could NOT have been more professional. He came exactly on time to give me an estimate on the work needed at my house. This estimate was THOROUGH!. When a price and time was agreed upon, he followed through with an e-mail (again detailing the work and time and date scheduled). This was followed up with an e-mail the day before (service) as well as a phone call to my house. (NOW some people might feel this is "overkill" but to me?..this means they value the customer first and foremost and that there are no surprises and or changes. On the date of service (4/14/2017) Angelo showed up exactly when stated and I also met his workers (Chris and Justin)... They had name tags on and were super clean and efficient. The actual job was extensive but they went over the house (sheds and fence) over and over and over again as if THEY lived here.... simply amazing.....I had a power washing company come about 6 plus years ago for MORE money and they did only 25% of what this company did..... While Angelo was here I also got a quote on cleaning a couch and chair and will NOT hesitate to use them next month when I have that room done... Once again if you need your house cleaned or other outside stuff cleaned--deck--etc..etc.. (Power washed) and want it done by a company you can trust and not have to worry about stuff missing or breaking (as they took care to remove every time on porch to prevent this) then you would be foolish NOT to at least get an estimate from this company. If there was an A+ rating they would "easily" deserve that and I am a hard rater.

Very impressed with Angelo and his team on a recent job to have the windows on my home cleaned, inside and out. Angelo responded to my first inquiry and made me feel at ease with his services and quality of work. His team arrived promptly, made quick and efficient work of my 15+ windows and were done within an hour. The windows have never looked cleaner and I'm thoroughly impressed! Highly recommended!

Angelo, Chris and Justin were pleasant to have in the house and worked around my one-year old granddaughter's nap. The house is old; the windows had not been cleaned in years; and contractors had left the third floor carpet very dirty. The crew did an excellent job -- our daughter and son-in-law are thrilled.

They were professional and friendly. They pressure washed my house exactly the way I wanted it using bleach only where it was needed. My bricks look like new. I was very pleased with the work and the cost.

I called Angelo regarding steam cleaning my master bedroom that has bed bugs. Angelo was very professional and courteous. He told me that he can do the job and promptly called me back with his availabilities. Since I had bed bugs, he fit me into his schedule and said he would be at my house at exactly 7AM. Well he showed up as promised. He did a great job cleaning the carpet. I also got quotes for window cleaning and pressure washing. I plan on using him again in the near future.

If you are looking for your house etc..to be power washed..LOOK NO FURTHER!!! This company is the one to hire. They arrived on time, very professional and will truly give you a fair & honest price. What I also loved about this company was the owner, Angelo, is on the job site, which you do not see very often. Angelo was wonderful...accommodating and a very pleasant man. I highly...highly...recommend Angelo and his team to do your house....

It went very well. From scheduling to the finished product, it was seamless. I think Angelo goes out of his way to make this happen. He is nothing but a pro at what he does, taking care of every little detail. He is also a perfectionist which is exactly what you want when you are having your Windows cleaned.

FANTASTIC SERVICE. If Angie's list had an A+ rating I would ask them if they had an A++ as that's how good Preferred Choice Cleaning Service is. My appointment was for 7:00 AM and Angelo was right on time (love it!!) to clean 23 windows and screens. Let me tell you - even when I had two good shoulders and able to do the work myself never did my windows sparkle the way they do now that Angelo cleaned them. Already booked them for next week to clean our gutters and dryer vent. Thank you Angelo - you have a permanent customer!!

Excellent, Angelo and his staff came in on monday and completed entire job both in and out in 3 days. House had 8 bathrooms and a pool house. Everything was done top notch.

Angelo and his crew did an AWESOME job!Our windows have never looked better.They came at 7am which I really appreciate since I work, and was glad I could be there to meet them.Angelo called me back immediately, and provided exceptional (and kind!) customer service.We will definitely call again in the spring!

This was a very good experience... Angelo listened very carefully to my concerns on how I wanted this floor cared for. He followed my instructions...threw in a few of his tricks which made things work out well and we finished with a beautiful clean ,shiny floor. A job well done!

They did a great job. Preferred choice cleaned 42 windows and one large glass sliding door, and installed new screens I had purchased on all of them. They were on top of this job from the beginning, scheduling it promptly, and calling and rescheduling when a storm washed out the first apointment. Their prices were very fair, and and the quality first rate.. They arrived right on time and were pleasant, polite, responsive to my concerns and very neat, taking great care on each phase of the job. I could not have been happier and will be sure to use them in the future.

Angelo was hired to clean our heating and air conditioning vents and dryer filter, as well as clean our sofa, chair-and-a-half and ottoman. He and his crew were very respectful, courteous and conscientious. Angelo took the time to explain what he was doing and answer any questions we had. His fee was more than reasonable, plus the work he did was beyond our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Angelo’s company again and most definitely recommend him. Angelo and crew did an excellent job - my windows are sparkling. They were prompt, professional, and respectful of my home. I will no longer attempt to clean these windows myself but will use Angelo and his team.

All around we were pleased. My initial contact was by phone and I left my message with a nice woman. Within an hour the owner, Angelo, returned my call. He answered all of my questions clearly and I set up an appointment for service. Before the scheduled service I received both an email and a reminder phone call to confirm our appointment. He & workers arrived on time and worked efficiently. They did a great job & conducted themselves in a professional manner. I will certainly hire this company again.
