Description of Work: Quickly responded to my initial contact, and maintained personal contact throughout service period. Gutters were cleaned, siding power-washed and windows washed in a house just purchased by my son. The house had been neglected by the previous owner, so it was a big job. He even returned to complete some finishing touches on a few spots that had not been fully cleaned. Always professional and responsive and eager to please his customers. Preferred Choice is a gem!

They were reliable and on time and also very easy to contact. The owner had a "real person" answering service to take a message. Calls were returned promptly. I would use them again.
Description of Work: This company was hired to clean all my windows, inside and out, and power wash my large, dirty house and deck. They even power washed my patio furniture, at my request.
