My apologies, I should have written this review months ago! They were responsive and cooperative in setting up the appointment. They sent pictures and background checks of the employees coming to my home. They confirmed the appt the day before, arrived on time and worked at a good pace all the way thru. The windows looked absolutely beautiful!! They maybe could have cleaned up after the gutters a little better....i had little piles of leaves and gunk at the bottom of a few gutter spouts....but certainly nothing that will deter me from hiring them again. Brendan, Christopher and Justin were great!

I received a prompt response and estimate for services. Everything was explained. Angelo was able to give me an estimate via email by viewing my residence on Google Earth for dimensions, approximate size of project. It was a quick, prompt process. I booked an appointment. I have never, ever had such honest, professional service. I am not being over-dramatic. I highly recommend this company. They confirmed my appointment a few days before. They even sent me pictures of their employees who would be coming to my home, along with background checks and their company’s licensing and insurance information. Then, let me just say, they went above and beyond. They arrived promptly as promised, shook my hand while introducing themselves, helped me move my patio umbrella and replace it back onto deck afterwards. They worked in pouring rain at my home for two and a half hours. If you are a single lady, a widow, a hard-working homeowner who wants a trustworthy, honest, diligent business to hire, please consider Preferred Choice. I simply cannot say enough without sounding like I’m gushing. I’m truly happy I chose this company and I will utilize their services again without hesitation.

It went perfectly. The team arrived during the time frame arranged. Price was as quoted. They were efficient and neat. You wouldn't have know they were here except for the fact we could now see out of our windows.

The owner himself called and handled my request but was unfortunately not able to come to the site himself as he was on his way to Puerto Rico with disaster relief and to find relatives. But the crew who arrived were polite, friendly and efficient. We cleaned the interior window while they did the exteriors. Can't believe how clear our windows are now, like there was no glass in them at all. We will definitely have them back again in the spring. Thanks.
