I was very impressed. Angelo and his assistant were on time, very helpful, and did a great job. The deck looks almost new, and the windows sparkle. They were thorough and hard-working. Not only would I recommend and rehire them, I am keeping them in mind for other services they provide such as carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Angelo and his team were punctual, polite and professional. They washed all of our windows and skylights and also cleaned the carpeting in part of the home. Our home had been neglected for a few years and needed a lot of work. Our windows and carpet look like new. I was so pleased that I have scheduled more work from them for next week. I'll be using Preferred Choice Cleaning for yearly upkeep from now on. Highly recommended.

Angelo and crew arrived at the scheduled time . One person started power washing the house while the windows were being cleaned in the house . As the power washing continued the carpet was shampooed and the tile cleaned . Once all that was finished they cleaned the windows on the outside They were neat , quick and I was very pleased with the results.

The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently in each instance. They were careful as they moved furniture to get at the windows and ducts, and protected our wood floors and rugs during the process. When I asked that they clean the dryer vent, they replaced it instead at no extra charge. When finished, they left no mess behind. A professional service overall.

I contacted Preferred Cleaning based upon the great reviews that I read on Angie's list. I dealt directly with the companies owner, Angelo, and could not have been more pleased. From the conversation on the phone to the prompt arrival time and terrific job he did on my carpets, furniture, upholstery and drapes I have no complaints. As a matter of fact I was pleased beyond my expectations. Nice to deal with an honest company with no hidden surprises that provides quality work and service. I will use Preffered Cleaning again and highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of their service

Called Angelo and was able to get appointment the following week. He gave me an estimate for the window cleaning over the phone and it was exactly what he charged when he completed job. The windows were cleaned beautifully and professionally. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend them to friends.

They were running early and called to see if it was possible to come early. They arrived and after giving me the estimate went straight to work doing a fantastic job. My windows were in bad shape. When they were done, you couldn't even see that there was even glass i the windows. They were so clean. Angelo even removed a window air conditioner unit for me. I will be using them every year.

The owner and his assistant came on time and were extremely nice and, more importantly,professional - prepared and on time.? My windows look gorgeous - also, Preferred Choice does not use any chemicals in their cleaning solution so there is no smell.? I wish I knew their secret ingredients because the windows are sparking, even my neighbor commented on how good the screens looked.

Excellent, excellent job - best window cleaning I've had. Angelo and Sean arrived on time and took the amount of time they predicted. Angelo is the owner and his pride in his work is very evident. Will definitely use then again for window cleaning, and will probably try them out for carpet cleaning also

I was at work at the time but my daughter was home and she said they were prompt, efficient and neat. The cost is reasonable and the job was done well. I plan to use them again soon early this summer.

I saw the great reviews on Angie's list and called Angelo to clean my windows. He was courteous and informative on the phone. He arrived (with his assistant) at exactly the scheduled time. They cleaned the windows beautifully. I asked him then to give me an estimate for cleaning the grouts in the bathrooms, and at my request they performed that job too immediately. Everything is so clean and nice and I am very happy.

Angelo came to give me an estimate. He showed up promptly with an assistant on the day he promised and spent about 4 hours doing the job. He did a thorough job. I was pleased with the way it turned out. He and his helper were neat and were careful not to dirty any other part of the house. He did what he said he would, on the day he said, for the amount ($393) he quoted. Those qualities are rare in today's service companies. I would highly recommend him. His work quality and ethics make him a highly rated provider on Angies list and I'm totally in agreement with that claim based upon my own experience with his company.

I actually was at work, but my husband was home.? He is not easy to impress, but he RAVED about the performance and also the personality of the people! Preferred Choice Cleaning is the way I will always go.? Very professional, great cost, wonderful service.? They are a gem!! Thanks Angies List for helping me find them.

Angelo returned my call the same day, told me about pricing, and we set a date. He called the day before to remind me, and showed up promptly. He was polite and professional at all times, wore booties while inside the house, and removed and cleaned the screens. It was all positive.

Very well.................. we will be using the service again this spring.

The whole process was very well handled, from the phone conversation regarding the estimate, to Angelo insisting on wearing "booties" while walking around the place, to the completion of the job. He actually cleaned my sliding-glass doors for no extra charge. He was very thorough, professional and courteous. I would definitely use him again for my duct cleaning when the time comes. The only reason I placed a "B" for quality is that the sills were vaccumed but not really cleaned the way I had hoped. I must stress that that might be an oversight on my part because it was not specified in the estimate discussion and I may have expected too much. After all it was supposed to be a window cleaning and that is what was done very well.

I did not realize the price included the inside cleaning. The truck contained a power washing machine, and I did not have to supply any water. Any debris from the removal of the screens was cleared. The house and windows are spotless. A day later, I received a thank you note from Angelo for choosing his company. That was a special touch.
