Excellent work. Very professional and efficient (he came at 7:30 b/c he knew I had to get to work afterwords). He even cleaned a spot on a couch for free because I mentioned to him that my young daughter had an accident on the cushion. I would definitely hire his company again for carpet cleaning as well as other jobs (window cleaning, for example). Really nice guy and hard, professional worker.

Angelo (business owner) is the sort of person you would welcome into your home. He is a true professional, real nice man who knows this business.

Angelo and his team were not only professional and immaculate, they were also pleasant and engaging. I usually dread having workmen in because the mess of the dirt tracked in by workmen created a different problem than the one they were solving. These men wore booties whenever they entered my home. My windows sparkle, and my gutters and roof look brand new. I would definitely use them again and absolutely recommend them to my friends.

Angelo was GREAT! He returned our call promptly & delivered in service as well. We were long overdue for a duct cleaning & it went effortlessly. There are no hidden costs & Angelo is the real deal.. Because his price is so reasonable for the duct cleaning, and we were looooong overdue, we're planning to do this every few years. He also did our windows a few weeks ago & they turned out beautifully as well. Thank you ANGIES LIST for Angelo!!!

The person who answered my initial call said they would call back within the hour to discuss details. And they did! Got an estimate of $11 for each window and made an appointment for two days later. Angelo, the owner, and an assistant arrived on time and did a great job, quietly, efficiently and cleanly. I am so pleased, I intend to use them again for the other cleaning services they provide.

It is rare to find the kind of care and service that Angelo provides. He returns phone calls quickly, arrives on time and works hard. He is meticulous, wears boot coverings in the house and dioesn't miss a spot on any window. My windows and screens were very dirty and Angelo needed to do some extra work for which he did not charge. Angelo's price is extremely fair at $11/window. Once I met him I immediately knew that he could be trusted. You can definitely leave Angelo and his assistant alone in your house without any worries, I did. Just a great experience all around and will definitely be using him again.

The service arrived precisely on time. (the owner that I spoke to... not someone else). He was curteous, neat and quiet. His assistant was equally as professional. It took the men app. 8 hours to clean 52 windows. They were very dirty and some quite large. Our house absolutely glistens and I am so happy . I will definitely use them again and for some of their other cleaning services they provide. Bravo to Angelo!!!

A friend had recommended Angelo after my dog had a urinary tract infection. My living room smelled terrible because I couldn't get the smell out of the rug. Angelo was so nice & professional. I ended up using him for additional rooms because they needed to be done anyway. The house smelled & looked so clean when they were done!!! I would highly recommend Preferred. You definitely can't beat the price & service!

Angelo and Chris were beyond great---they were punctual, honest, hard working, explained everything to me and did a fantastic job on my house, which was admittedly a wreck! Now it is super clean!! I would use them again without hesitation.

Reliable and responsive to my questions, and overall provided great service and value. The owner Angelo clearly takes pride in his profession. He could not have been more professional and his work product is impeccable. I scheduled to have an estimate and his employee Chris came over and within 10 minutes he counted the windows and measured up the area rugs. He was polite and helpful. I had an appointment within a week but due to the chance of inclement weather it was rescheduled for a couple of days later. Angelo was thoughtful enough to call me and reschedule it as he was afraid that if it rained the end result would not have been as good. This company goes the extra mile and based on the reviews it appears they do this with all of their customers. I used this company solely based on the reviews on Angies list. I will definitely be using this company again and I do recommend them without hesitation.

Prompt, thorough and friendly. Angelo and Chris were so good we hired them to clean some carpeting when another vendor had a problem. We may now be using them to clean our paver patio.

All in all, my experience with Preferred Choice was excellent. They were incredibly responsive and responsible from the first contact to the last. They answered my calls promptly, showed up exactly on time, and worked hard to thoroughly clean my (very dirty!) windows both inside and out. When there was a problem (e.g., stains left on a window from the aluminum storms), they explained what they were going to try to do to clean them and why it might not look perfect in that spot. They worked industriously, thoroughly, and unobtrustively, were extremely polite and respectful, vacuumed all of the windowsills, and completely cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with every aspect of their service and definitely plan to use them again!

I have been in my house for nineteen years and I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. Angelo and Chris did an AMAZING job. They had a battle plan and they went through the house like nothing. My windows sparkle and the tile in my kitchen looks brand new, The carpets were done and they look great also. I have the cleanest house on the block inside and out now because of Preferred Choice Cleaning Service. Trust me I'm very particular about who does work in my house and believe me I would have them come back in a New York minute. Very very very happy!

After extensive research on Angie's List, I selected Preferred Choice Cleaning. By far Angelo reviews were the best and now I understand why. I called and left a message with his phone service explaining what I needed. The service told me Angelo was out on a job and she would contact him. Within an hour Angelo called me back. That's what I call service. I told him I definitely needed my windows cleaned and possibly my house power washed. Angelo gave me an estimate for my windows which was very reasonable. We scheduled an appointment for the next week. We would discus power washing at that time. I appreciate not being pressured into making a commitment over the phone. The day Angelo was scheduled to come he called and requested to come earlier, rain predicted. I did not mind at all and he arrived shortly after the call. We discussed power washing and agreed on a very reasonable price for both jobs. Keep in mind my windows have been neglected for many years. Angelo cleaned the windows inside while his assistant Chris power washed the house. After the inside windows were completed the outside windows were cleaned. Angelo covered his shoes with booties and covered the entrance walkway. He also cleaned my sliding glass door, screen and skylight (inside & out) for no additional charge, these were not included in the estimate. My window screens were also cleaned. I didn't expect that..boy were they dirty!! Not only did the glass sparkle the entire window was clean. Angelo is very friendly, professional and tidy. You can tell by the results and his performance that he is conscience and takes pride in his work. This quality of service also extends to his assistant Chris who brought to my attention a problem area on the siding. Excellent service, great price, outstanding results. Oh yes, a pleasure doing business with. I couldn't have selected a better service. I will definitely use Angelo's service again. My windows "never" looked better, my screes look new. Angelo was at my house when he said he would. My windows were pretty bad and salty as I live on the south side and haven't had them cleaned since Sandy, They came out very nice and when the bricks were power washed they looked excellent. They were under 3 feet of water during the storm Had the gutters cleaned out and the carpet cleaned. Have more work to have done and will definitely have preferred choice cleaning do it. They were very professional and polite. The estimate was the exact price without any adds on that some contractor have done. Job well done
