I had an excellent experience with this company I would highly recommend them. From the first contact on Angie's list, to the prompt callback, to the meeting for the estimate, and finally the whole day's job... This company is top-notch! Angelo runs a tight ship. The quality of his work and the professionalism displayed sets him apart from nearly many of the other contractors I've had experience with. He was here all day to supervise the crew. At no additional charge, he even threw in a few extras that he thought were necessary but were not in the original contract (i.e. cleaning is stain I hadn't noticed in the guestroom bedroom. Power washing the moss off the roof shingles). Preferred choice cleaning services gets my highest recommendation. I would definitely use them again. I can't see myself using anybody else.

Way beyond what I expected. So very professional and considerate. A superb job. I hope to set up an appt to have my vinyl fence power washed soon. I would recommend them to anyone and am going to give the number to my friends.

Great - my windows looked wonderful - because of the method that they used, even very old mineral deposits on the outside of my windows were removed - very polite and certainly went the extra mile for us.

100% hiring this company again next June/July. Angelo calls back, makes the apt and takes pride in his work. Angelo said he would be at the job and he was. My windows sparkle. He recently purchased a machine to do the exterior windows which made them crystal clear. The company isn't a home depot power washer in the bed of a truck. The provider stipulated that the final amount would depend on the actual number and type of windows, and that he would give me the final price when he arrived. If it was not OK then he would not do the work; if it was OK he would do all the work right then. The crew arrived on time; we agreed on the price; and all the windows and screens were washed, inside and out in about an hour and three quarters. There were three people working. The windows were so clean I asked the provider whether he had put the screens back on. I found the company to be professional, responsive, and very efficient. I highly recommend them.

They did an awesome job! I haven't worked with such a professionally run company in a very long time. Angelo was completely accommodating in scheduling my appointment for early morning before work and helping me to change the appointment when I needed to. They did a wonderful job on my windows and I really could not be happier. I had no worries or concerns about them coming into my home after speaking to Angelo on the phone. I am very happy to have now to have someone so professional and great for the other services his company performs, like cleaning of tile and grout and carpets etc. I really cannot say enough nice things about the job they did because frankly, this was the best company I've ever hired to perform services in my home. I was 110% satisfied!!! My windows look like beautiful!!

Angelo called the night before to confirm the appointment. He and his men arrived exactly on time. They could not have been a nicer group of people. All windows, screens, and inside and outside ledges were cleaned beautifully without a single problem. They worked quickly but did a thorough job on each window and screen...my windows and screens are sparkling. I even asked him if he could clean the glass on my french door and he threw that in for free along with the Angies List discount. Thank you Angelo for making this so easy. You'll be hearing from me next year and I'll be recommending you whenever I can.

The whole experience with Angelo was terrific. He was always very responsive - he called back right away when I first called his company and squeezed me into his busy calendar because I was having an open house the upcoming weekend. He was always polite and considerate. On the day of the service, he arrived on time and finished the job quickly. The windows looked great. I would definitely use his services again. It's so nice to work with someone who is efficient, punctual, does a thorough job, and is great at communication.

It was terrific. The owner of the service called back within a few hours of my initial call; he came the next day to look at the work needed; the following day, he e-mailed a detailed estimate; he scheduled the work for a few days later; the two-person crew came right as promised and set out to do the work with no wasted time or effort. Very courteous and skilled . . and very careful to clean up after themselves, too. Super job! Will certainly consider using them again.

Contacted Prefered Choice Cleaning to have my unused dryer vent cleaned. Owner Angelo arrived right on time, but unfortunately after inspection could not clean the vent because of the condition and location of the flexible vent line. Angelo is a true professional and I would not hesitate to recommend his company to family and friends. I will be contacting him in the future for other services they offer.

Angelo's workers were punctual and professional. The attention to detail was amaizing. My biggest concern was the roof because it was super stained; I was actually considering getting a new roof. My roof looks brand new and I am a very happy customer. After the job was completed, Angelo the owner called me to make sure the job was done as requested. I highly recommend Preferred Cleaning and I will using again in the future!

Angelo the owner was "johnny on the spot' throughout the entire process. Calls were returned almost immediately; emails sent to confirm, send invoice, confirm again etc. It was the way all companies should respond if the world were somewhat perfect. Two men who were almost unobtrusive in the house, wore the coverings for shoes, and cleaned over 53 windows in 3 hrs. but it did not appear that they were rushing. I highly recommend.

This is the second time I have used this company and I was once again impressed. They were punctual, cleaned every window so that it sparkled, and also took care of my dryer vent. I appreciated that when I had a problem--the dryer vent came off the back of my dryer, perhaps because it wasn't installed properly in the first place--they returned promptly to hook it back up. If you have never had your windows professionally cleaned, you should do it. iT makes the whole house look like new!

First time I've had my windows cleaned professionally. I'm delighted! Angelo and Chris arrived on time, were very thorough, and my windows are spotless! They were friendly, professional and honest. I recommend them highly; I'll be using them in the future!

I was impressed with the both the communication from the owner (Angelo) and the work done by his staff (Justin). Angelo called to set up the appointment, confirmed it the day before and did a follow-up call after the job was done to see if I was satisfied with the work. Sometimes communication with a contractor can be a challenge, with Angelo it was a breeze. The appointment was at 8am, and Justin showed up exactly on time. He did a brief walk around the house, to count windows, and give me an estimate of the cost, I knew from the ad that storm windows would cost more. After that he was on auto pilot, he cleaned all the windows and screens, what little mess or furniture he moved he cleaned up or put back in its original place. Normally, I'd clean the windows myself, but the screen cleaning intrigued me, and when the work was done, I was impressed, and glad I used the service. The windows shined and the gunk that had accumulated on the screens over the years was gone. I would use Preferred Choice Cleaning Services again and recommend them to friends.

Angelo and his team are very professional, My call was returned within 24 hours by Angelo. Made the Appt, my questiones answered. Appt was confirmed few days before and again the morning of, to let me know the exact time they should be at my home. They arrived on time, gave me the price before they did the work. Only the cost of my dryer vent was more that quoted over the phone, due to the extra long length of the dryer tube leading outside. When work was completed, House smelled fresh and clean and my carpets and couches looked great

Excellent. Showed up on time, and did a super job. I was especially impressed that the indoor cleaner wore booties over his shoes. They were very pleasant. I will definitely use them again.

The entire process was great from start to finish. The entire property looks amazingly clean and like new. Its a great feeling pulling up to the house looking so nice.
