I called to make an appointment and received an immediate response and estimate. The work was done the following week. We received a call the day of service to let us know when the workmen would arrive. We are more than satisfied with the outcome. Justin and Scott were diligent, professional and courteous. Angelo (the owner) followed up to make sure we were satisfied. We would definitely use Preferred Choice again.

Angelo is very responsive, courteous and professional. When I called, he got back to me within a few hours. I explained that I needed the work to be done within a week and he was able to do it. The night before the work was scheduled, he called and said that the weather may be bad the next day, so he gave me the option to reschedule or wait until the morning and then make the decision. We waited until the morning, and Mother Nature cooperated. They arrived punctually. Angelo and I walked around the house, and he pointed out to me other areas that they could take care of. So I decided to also have them power wash my front walk and stoop, and also clean the gutters. Angelo and his crew are tops! I highly recommend this company!

We were extremely pleased with Preferred Choice Cleaning Service. Angelo was always extremely responsive to my calls and texts (even phoning me from a wedding once). We needed to re-schedule once because of the weather and Angelo made it simple. Chris and Justin were on time, professional, clean, and patient. They even explained why some of the spots on our windows could not be removed because of oxidation of the screens by cleaning the window in front of us--twice. I would definitely hire Preferred again, and would recommend them to anyone who asked.

I have never been more satisfied with the results. I was overjoyed with the staff that was involved and the minimal time it took from setting up the appointment to the completion of the job.

Everything went very well. Angelo is very responsive and easy to communicate with. He showed up on time and was very professional. He explained what they would be doing and how long it would take and did a wonderful job. I even hired him to do more work while he was here and the price and work were excellent. They provided two workers with power washers and went right to work completing my two story colonial home in just over an hour. Home was cleaned completely and all dirt and mold was removed.

My experience was excellent. Most importantly the carpets look great and dealing with Angelo was a pleasure. I called on a Friday afternoon after moving into a home where the previous owner had cats. I asked if there was anyway to get an appointment for the very next day. Let him know my little ones have allergies. Angelo was there the next morning at 9:00am. Maybe his schedule won't always allow that kind of response, but he came through for us and we won't forget it. We already plan on having him back for duct cleaning and some tile floor/grout cleaning.

From the first contact VERY professional. Angelo called me back within an hour and the appt was made for my conveniece within 2 weeks! Showed up on time...LOVED that he told me he was on his way ..it was an early morning appt. Angelo and Chris were both friendly...felt very comfortable...they were done in no time and the windows looked great. Will be calling again for other services as well.

Great! They got right back to me to make an appointment. The day they cam and started setting up they told me that rain was on its way and they would reschedule. About an hour after they left it poured! So glad they rescheduled1

I am so impressed with preferred choice cleaning. They were so awesome to deal with- the owner calls himself to schedule, before and after the job. The two workers (I am the worst... forgot their names) were both so great. The windows were all cleaned in about 1 1/2 hours and they look gorgeous. The actually look new- I was horrified at how dirty they actually were. They even moved some furniture back and forth when I couldn't move it. Will absolutely hire this company again. So excited to also find out they do a whole bunch of other things like grout, house cleaning etc..

I had the same window cleaner for over 15 years, with whom I was very satisfied. He retired last year, and I searched for a new window cleaner using Angie's List. There were several listed that I planned on calling. However, after the first call to Preferred Choice Cleaning and speaking with the owner, Angelo Ponce, I found no need to search further. He had many good reviews from customers using Angie's List. He was very professional on the phone explaining what his company was all about and the cost for the job needed, which was then followed up on e-mail. On the day of the appointment, Mr. Ponce and two members of his crew arrived on time in trucks clearly identifying their business. They placed paper slippers over their shoes to protect the floors and carpeting. They worked together like a well oiled machine. My windows and storm doors were sparkling clean! I will use this company for the next 15 years!

They were very professional and responsive. My call was returned quickly, the appointment was set up promptly, and their work was thorough and professional.

They were very dependable, on time, and efficient. They cleaned all the windows very well, both inside and outside at a very reasonable price. For the 7 windows we have upstairs, they only charged us the price for cleaning the outside but cleaned both sides. Very professional crew, will definitely use them again.

I received estimate and updates by email when the crew was about to arrive . The crew of two arrived as scheduled. The crew went over the work to be done. They had two Industrial power washers and went to work right away. Angelo the owner showed up Midway through the work to check on things and go over the job with me. The crew and owner were very professional they cleaned up everything they rent the second and third times and made the job look fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody else who needs their house pressure washed.

Had a lot of green growing on my house that I could not get off with my own power washer. Called Preferred Choice and that day someone gave me an estimate and my appointment was scheduled. I felt the price was more than fair! The work they did was great! They were efficient, friendly and fairly priced. Was so happy with the work! The service was performed as promised - the team arrived on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. They moved furniture as needed - we only had to move a few lamps and some fragile objects, they did the rest. I am sensitive to odors and the product that was used did not leave any residual smell. Thank you for doing an excellent job. The carpets look so much better.

They came in and were very conscientiouss of keeping my floors clean while they did the work. They were non intrusive and did an amazing job. I will be using them for carpet cleaning soon.

Making the appointment was a piece of cake. They gave us a heads up before they arrived and they got here on time. They were here for 2-3 hours and the Windows look great.
