On his first visit Evan solved a Quicken printing problem which the technical people at HP, Quicken and Geek Squad could not figure out. On my brand-new HP computer a new Quicken 2012 program had been installed and data had been transferred at Best Buy, but my checks did not print. The Geek Squad guys tried to make it work on two visits to my house - finally uninstalled the 2012 program and upgraded my old Quicken 99 to Quicken 2004 as a solution, but still could not get the program to print out checks. When I called Evan he said that he would not charge me anything if he could not fix the problem. He spent over an hour, uninstalled Quicken 2004, ordered Quicken 2011 online and downloaded it, transferred the data - end result, it works and prints checks! He also explained and organized several things on my new desktop relating to my old WordPerfect and Pictures programs.I called Evan again when I lost my Internet connection, and when again I spent many hours with tech people at Cablevision, HP and the Geek Squad. This time Evan spent almost three hours trying to solve this unusual problem, but remained confident that he would eventually figure it out. And he did, when he concluded that a new adapter needed to be installed. He hooked up a router meanwhile as a temporary measure to enable me to access the Internet. He ordered the adapter and installed it a few days later, and my Internet connection is working!Evan is a very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable young man, whom I cannot recommend highly enough.
