Vinny and his son are top notch. Punctual, honest, dependable, and most importantly they do a good job. They stand behind the product and their work and supports you for the long term. They have never not answered a phone call or text. Vinny has installed multiple mini splits at our house, comes yearly for the service, and has fixed our boiler. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were able to diagnose the issue for my heat pump fairly quickly while also being diligent to ensure that was the correct issue.

He did like to talk a lot, but his work was good and when done cleaned up. Was able to repair my burner for about half the price of replacing it. No one else even suggested repairing just replacing.

I had several estimates but after meeting Vinny and son Dylan immediately felt a connection as he explained everything . Two hours after he left I called him back and hired him. His crew very professional and extremely neat as everything was cleaned up at finish of the job. Knowing that you can always reach them is very important. Fast and Well Done Repair.

Vinny and his son came over my house and were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They looked over the a/c and identified the first of a few problems. They walked me through each phase explaining why I had a leak. They blew out a clogged pipe and explained the need for a proper fitting filter which I had been having difficulty finding. He immediately put me in contact with someone who could help me and I was able to order the filters. Then he made a suggestion to add a switch to the system which would turn off the motor if the water in the tray was going to overflow to prevent any chance of a future leak. He said to contact him in the next few weeks if I was interested - no pressure. Then before he left he turned on my thermostat and he identified that there was a second issue because it wasn t turning on the fan. This could also cause a leak. He replaced the thermostat and before he left he checked and cleaned my condenser. Vinny was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to friends and family. His prices were reasonable. It was a pleasure to deal with him and his company.

I was in need of boiler repairs. Most plumbing companies I contacted wanted to charge by the hour plus parts. I found NY HVAC on Home advisor and phoned them speaking with Vinny. Vinny from NY HVAC was a true professional. He told me over the phone that I would get great work at the price he quoted. When he arrived, he explained everything in detail that should be done to my boiler and maintained the original quote he had given me over the phone even though he was adding in additional repairs for me. Just an overall nice guy and very clean work. It's tough to find an honest plumber that does great work and today I found one. I have already placed New York HVAC phone number in my phone as my go-to Plumbing company. There is a reason this company has solid reviews and I'm adding a 5 STAR to this review and will share my positive experience with friends and family looking for a great Plumbing Company.

Comment: Vinny and his son arrived at my house in Commack, New York at 8:45am on Friday, 15 minutes earlier than expected (a pleasant surprise). He stuck to the price quote he gave me 8 months earlier. Their work was thorough, neat, clean and of excellent quality. The new central A/C unit is quiet and efficient. I will use them going forward to maintain and service my A/C unit as well as my furnace. I referred them to my neighbor across the street who is looking to get a new central A/C unit next year. I strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking to service or get a new central A/C unit, furnace, hot water heater, etc. You wont be disappointed. He is a man of his word.

During my planning stages New York HVAC was the company I was planning to use based on prior reviews and research but just to be sure I had a few others come in for quotes. New York HVAC had the most complete system, install, warranty, and price. Throughout the entire process Vinny was available to answer my questions and concerns even prior to hiring his top notch team. This was not the case with other contractors. Vinny was by far the most knowledgeable person I dealt with and was more then willing to work around the customization's I needed unlike other contractors that basically wanted to do the job their way and no other. Once I hired Vinny he came by to take final measurements and a material list (which proved to be a crucial step as nothing held up the job on install day). The night before the install Vinny called with an arrival time and was there early working outside my house prior to ringing the bell promptly at our agreed upon time. He brought in a crew of ~12-15 seasoned veterans that worked together like a well oiled machine. This was a huge job that need not only the cooling system but also an entire house worth of ducts to be run. When I say Vinny double checked each and every component and connection I'm not exaggerating. From the first piece of equipment brought onsite to the final spec of dust (there was none when he left, he made sure of it) his team was incredible. Less then 24 hours post install Vinny emailed me all the completed warranty documents and associated papers. I would not hesitate to work with Vinny, his son, and his team again. You can call around and get other quotes but if you want a job done complete and right call Vinny at New York HVAC.

Vinney is friendly easy to talk to and he answers your questions...He shows concerns for the customer and their situation...He solved my problem and now I'll be warm for the winter:-) I highly recommend him.
