pressure washing, house painters
+ 0 moreThe job went very well. They went beyond what we asked. The work was started when we asked it to be started and completed on time. All the workers were courteous and friendly and worked hard at their tasks. We were impressed enough to give them a little bonus to cover the extra work they did. .I would recommend using this company and would use them myself again.
Description of Work: The company painted the exterior of a 50 year old 4-bedroom cape-style home and detached garage. They completely bleached all the surfaces first (wood and asbestos shingles and wood trim) to remove mildew, then powerwashed them. When dry they sanded and scraped as necessary, doing a very nice job of removing all loose and peeling paint. The home was then completely primed. Following that, two top coats were applied. They were very careful about not dripping and/or spraying paint where it didn't belong and covered the walks with heavy drop cloths to prevent drips. They saw that the exterior light fixtures needed to be painted and did that too.
