L and L home improvement

Description of Work: Recently L and L Home Improvements remodeled my bathroom. This included: walls with new sheet rock, remove and replace the vanity, installing a new toilet, new tile flooring, half tiled walls, replaced shower faucet and removal of a shower insert and replacing it with tile work (floor, walls, bottle niche, and corner shelf), in addition to moving a stacked washer/dryer. L and L were involved before the work began by helping this novice home owner make decisions about the materials which were needed for the job.They took the time to answer my phone calls about measurements and assure me that certain products would work in the given space. In addition,they also showed me different design placements of tile work prior to beginning the procedure so that I would be happy with the end results. At all times they were neat and professional. At the end of every work day they vacuumed the work and surrounding areas. They were aware of the constraints of a small house and kept their materials and tools organized so that they would not impact our day to day movements. In addition they kept their area of access covered with tarps to protect the flooring in other rooms. Their calm and quiet manner created a positive working atmosphere (as in no drama and no surprises) and explained the work while it was being accomplished. I appreciated their honesty and opinions about products I chose that they felt were not durable. Their estimate and price for the work was fair and reasonable.
