+ -1 moreFrank came and gave me an estimate the same day I called and told me it would be about a week to get the glass made. 5 days later, it was ready and he came to install it. He was very accommodating with the time since I was working and was coming home late. GREAT SERVICE!

+ -1 moreIt went perfectly! Now my daughter is safe, thanks to Frank! I'd call him back in a heartbeat for any other glass issues I may need in the future! He was awesome!
Description of Work: My 50 year old stall shower glass shattered. It was old glass that shattered in spikes! Very dangerous! Thankfully, my daughter wasn't injured. I found Frank through Home Advisor. I needed that dangerous glass removed and a new glass enclosure done. As soon as Frank went over everything in detail, his first order of business was to get rid of the glass and old stall. He measured every detail and found that the base had settled and was tilted. He had to order a special piece to avoid any water leaking. We were going to go with an upgrade that would have been more money but Frank explained that due to the uneven base, we should replace it with the same type of framed shower. He didn't take advantage of us. He explained everything. Was very neat. I would highly recommend him for any jobs that needs to be done. He kept me informed while we had to wait for the glass enclosure to be made. He and his son were courteous and respectful.

+ 0 moreThe mechanic showed up when he told me he was going to be there he was professional and friendly. The work was done at my home so I can go about my day. The work was done quickly and professionally and I was satisfied with the way it all was done. I had full glass coverage and the gentleman at islandwide glass help me with everything I needed for the insurance to cover the replacement of the glass I was very satisfied with their work I would use them again
