I found FLG Home Performance thru Angie online read his reviews, and while going thru other referred reviews. I received a call from Frankie who answered All my questions took his time to ask me questions and so I hired him. Frankie came to the house the next morning and worked on my Oil Steam Burning Boiler for hrs, you can barely find anyone that can work on these anymore. He cleaned it out, checked every radiator in the home, explained everything to me, clean the bathroom, his work, And is extremely fair in pricing.

Frank was great. He called as soon as he got the request for quote notification and asked me all the pertinent questions with what my needs were. He was friendly and went above to help with another aspect of my furnace we didn't talk about. Even my dog was happy to meet him! He was extremely thorough and answered all my questions. We will have him back next year for service!

Frankie came for an emergency call in the evening. He covered a thorough troubleshooting call for a CO alarm.

The owner is the person who comes to your home. He is prompt, professional, looks at ALL areas that might be the cause of your problem with the right tools. And very important, his fee is fair and connects to the time spent. A really nice person.
