house cleaning
 + -1 moreThey were late when arriving to my home which caused me to be late for work. I was told two maids would show and only one was there. I was told that they would clean my house from top to bottom including blinds etc. None of which was done. There was still dog hair in most rooms. The house when I arrived home did not look nor smell clean. The person they sent moved my couches and instead of lifting them on my hard wood floors she dragged them leaving huge scratches in my floor. Overall I was not happy with the job completed and most of all now my floors are scratched.
Description of Work: They were supposed to clean my house from top to bottom the first time. They charge an hourly rate for the first time and then after that they charge a flat fee. So for the first time not knowing how long they are going to be there its by the hour. They explained to me that they would clean the house including blinds, vac. furniture etc..none of which was done.

house cleaning
 + -1 moreCleaning was substandard. I will do it myself from now on!
Description of Work: I was told that there would be two people and they would bring their own supplies. One person showed up and used my products including a special cloth that I use on my screens (tv, computer) on the floor and then left it in a closet. Dirt rings where my shampoo was. Not good at all and I will not use them again!
