Description of Work: Mr Noll spoke to my wife over the phone for several minutes gathering as much information as he could regarding our problem, water in our finished basement from a broken gutter and heavy rain. He offered a ball park price over the phone and some recommendations to help with the carpet. My Wife found him to be a pleasure to speak with and his suggestion to be right on point. A few days later she call him back and ask him to do the work they had discussed. Mr. Noll arrived on the day and at the time agreed upon, he preformed the work as he said he would and was a perfect professional through out his visit with us. A job very well done.
