The problem was quickly diagnosed and the repairs were made at a very reasonable cost.

The owner and the technician worked diligently and worked with expertise. He explained what needed to be done and suggested things and then actually did the work. They were beyond nice, they were a jack of all trades a master of all services. The owner stated that he thought I was easy to work with and I highly recommend this company.

Took longer than expected. Directions to change filter not explained properly. We upgraded to a better filter but we're not tld wed have to get up into the attic to replace the more expensive filter. The biggest complaint is we paid for the whole house to have duct work, including the garage/apartment. The price quote included that but when they started the work said it couldn't be done. I was told they owed me the difference and would leave me the duct work since I paid for it. The duct work was it left. The owner of the company was apologetic and said he'd "take care of us" by doing other electrical work we needed. He gave us quotes but when I wanted him to come actually do the work I couldnt get in touch with him. I left at least 5 messages with his receptionist and several on his personal voice mail but no call back. Ow I paid for services not completed and am not getting a call back for a refund he admitted I had coming to me. This owner seemed very responsible at first and said his rating was excellent aND customer service was important to him but refuses to even return a phone call or follow thru on his promise to work off the amount that was owed to us. I plan to go to small claims court if I don't get a refund soon.

Considering they had to do something entirely different from what they thought they were here for, Edgar was very patient with me and the problems he kept running into. I have used Above All Electric before and will definitely call them again.

Above All scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived on time. It took them about an hour to diagnose and take care of the problem on all three outlets. They had all the materials they needed on hand. They are a bit expensive for the first 1/2 hour rate but given the quality of work it is worth it.

Rob provided me with a detailed estimate of my upgrade options and corresponding prices. I went with a remote controlled system which operates my new pool light, LED waterfall light, and LED accent lights on the ground and in my trees. On installation day, he and his crew showed up on time, were courteous, and professional. Rob is very knowledgable, informative and a pleasure to work with. I am very happy with my new landscape lighting system. I will use Above All Electrical for all my electrical needs.

This is my first time writing a negative review on AngiesList. I've always said I would never give a negative review for promptness, I understand things happen in life, dealing with homeowners is difficult I know, but to have no regard to other people's time is just unacceptable. Called Monday for an estimate to run electric outside... Made appointment for Tuesday at 7am. (Before work). 7:15am get a call from Herb stating the person that was going to come by was out sick and he said he could get to my house before 8am. He arrived about 7:50am. We did a walk thru and explanation of what I needed. He drew it out, wrote some things down, and said he would get back to me that day with an estimate (email and phone). Tuesday went by without contact from Herb. Wednesday I called around 10am, got Herb, he said he had to put out a parts list to complete the estimate. Said it would be later that day, or Thursday he would send it to me and call me to discuss... Wednesday, nothing... Thursday came and went without contact. Just so everyone is aware, this was not a $100 job. It was a good amount of work.

They were expensive and I felt like they did not get right to the problem. They did know how to fix everything but before doing that it seemed like they were looking for more work for themselves. I wanted them to get right to the problem and not waste any time.

First call - very pleasant woman. 2nd call George - gave me a quick price quote over the phone. I said OK - he then drove an hour out to me. Few different things than what we thought so it was a little more money but he walked me through everything. They were very professional, very nice and I was happy with the price and their job. This may be the only electrician I ever call again.

All repair work should go so smoothly. l emailed Above All Electrical and received a telephone call from the owner within an hour. An appointment was arranged for later that same day. He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived at the appointed time. The electrician explained what needed to be done while answering my questions and giving me cost choices. Arrangements were made for the work to be done . I was kept informed as to the exact day and time. Within tens days I had a new curcuit breaker box along with hotter water and brighter lights. I definitely would call Above All Electrical again.

Hard to get anyone to respond due to Sandy aftermath. Above All had a professional woman answer the phone and take all the info. Couple of hours later electrician called and scheduled estimate within two business days. Called before coming over and arrived early. Gave me estimate and agreed to do the job immediately. Was finished in about 90 minutes. Excellent work. Knowledgable pro was courteous and knew his stuff as he found that the previous unit was hooked up incorrectly and corrected the error. Took credit card. Gave me estimate on outside light hookup. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

They were the first company I called (in a list of companies) that had a human being answer the phone. Phone person was very nice, despite being super busy with lots of calls. The electrician came to the house within 2 hours as they were squeezing me in for a quick outlet repair (powering my refrigerator). The electrician was very professional and friendly and did the repair super quickly. He was able to take my credit card for payment, and even provided an email receipt in addition to a paper one. I will absolutely have them come do more work again when craziness from the storm dies down. EXCELLENT company, great service.

He explained how much it was going to be. I haven't had any problems since then. They got right back to me on the phone, which was pretty good. He knew exactly what the problem was. I would highly recommend him.

. We spoke directly to the owner, Herb. Came out and gave an estimate. Got an appointment for the work to be done soon after that and came at our convenience. They came on time and were very professional and respectful. The only thing my husband was not happy about was that they installed an outlet where he did not want one...they were given written instructions with a diagram. No problem, though. We will be putting the cabinets over it. We are going to use Above All for all out future electrical needs. Overall, very happy with our experience. Highly recommend this company!

Something in my apartment cut the electric. It was late Saturday night and on Sunday I called Above All Electric because they were the first name in the phone book that said emergency service. The owner of the company came, found the problem, and fixed it. He also explained what else was wrong. I have recommended him to my neighbor who was very happy with his service. I have more for him to do here but I haven't had the opportunity to call him yet.

Above All Electrical was very professional. I called with an emergency since one of my outlets had shorted out. Above all gave me a time to come out within an hour of my call. When the Electrician arrived he was very professional dressed in uniform, the truck was professional with their Business name clearly printed on the vehicle. He offered to fix the outlet right away and it was done in about 30 minutes. Very fast, reasonably priced as far as electricians are concerned, and knowledgeable of his trade. I would definitely use them again for any future work.Repaired shorted out and wires melted outlet

I picked this company out of the telephone book for emergency electrical service. He told me what his normal rate was and what it would cost for him to come on a Sunday morning. He arrived when he said he would -- within an hour of my phone call -- arrived looking clean and neat (at 8:00 on Sunday morning) -- got right down to work and was here for almost 90 minutes. He discovered problems with the main electrical system in the cooperative building and asked to have our superintendent call to speak with him about it. He was very pleasant the entire time, explaining to me what he was doing and the problems he was finding, and fixed everything that needed fixing. I found out that he was the owner of the company. You can't even tell that he removed the cover to the circuit box - the pain isn't even chipped.
