Description of Work: Doug Jordan mowed my lawn and did other yard work for me. Doug need a nice job on the lawn. It needed extra mwoing as the grass was very tall.

Description of Work: I recieved an estimate for the required work. I had no idea if it was too much until later. He promised me that if he couldn't come to do the job within the next week that he would come to just patch tte hole with a piece of wood, to keep the squirrels out. I called several times until he finally called back , to ask when he would be able to do the work, because he never called after 2 weeks. I said he at least needed to come to patch up a hole, , if he wasn't coming soon, like he promised. i called many times, until he finally showed up. He then charged me 100.00 to patch up a small hole along my facia, where the squirrels were coming in. He professed to know nothing about squirrels, and said they were birds in my soffets. Well, I saw the squirrells going and coming, and heard the in the ceiling of my kitchen. They chewed through the hole he covered, so I called him because now there were 2 holes. he came few weeks later, and covered the small hole with a piece of screen, that they eventually chewed through. He said at that time he would call me next week, when his other job was completed, and would come to do the job. He never called and he never came. I called another roofer to get and estimate for the same work, and it was 400.00 less. The job was only 20 feet of fascia, and soffet that needed to be replaced and he wanted $626.40.
