They finally did that and got that done a month or two after it was working. They got it working. They corrected the problem and then we thought it was corrected then they forgot to turn the system on so I have had all kinds of issues with them. But I spent about $6,000 with them and needed them to make the system right so I have had to continue to use them because they installed the boiler system. I am holding this company accountable for the work they have done. They did not charge me for the repairs because I had to get upset. I have to use them in terms of my situation because it is a new product and manufacturer warranties. Their customer service response time is spot on so they are very good in terms of reacting quickly. It is just the level of expertise their employees have. They do not have expertise in areas.

I had all the confidence in this company before I hired them to install a new wall hung boiler heating system for my home. They appear very professional and well spoken. How did the installation go? Signed work order contract August 8, 2014. Install did not occur until 10/3/14. The radiant floor heating system hasn't worked since the installation. I have gone all Winter 2014/2015 without heat in my basement floor zone. The coldest Winter in the seven years since I built the home and I have had no heat. They have replaced several parts at additional cost and just recently replaced my original large pump with a small version without crediting me the difference. charged me labor for some visits and postponed visits due to their busy schedule, man power issues or due to parts 'on order'. My new Buderus heating system still does not working as of today, March 10, 2015. Project implemented 10/3/2014 and not operational as of 10/3/2015.

The problem arose when we wanted additional service and were looking to get a quote on a job. The owner made an apt. to meet us at the home, to look at the work that needed to be performed. My wife drove 2+ hrs. to meet him at the home for this apt. at 9am. His office called me, at work, shortly after 8am to say that they felt they no longer needed to come to the site and were cancelling our apt. I then tried to reschedule a couple of times and was not able to do so, so found someone else to do the work.

They are very personable and professional.
