Description of Work: Robert VanCamp was initially referred to us through a gas fireplace retailer, who uses him as their primary installer in the Rochester, NY metro. Even with complications with the shipment and receipt of the vent free fireplace, Robert spent an inordinate amount of time helping us with our understanding of our proper choice of model type and size, but also with future operational do's and don'ts. He was patient with all our questions and concerns. Unit was installed quickly and cleanly, including the subcontracting of a carpet installer to fabricate appropriate carpet removal. Subsequently, within one month, we had occasion to give him an emergency call to repair the dead float on our sanitary sump pump. Again, with our pleasure, we also had him replace a dying bathroom fan. In all his work, he was a pleasure: professional, and never had us feeling like he was in a rush, or that our other two jobs were too small. Highly recommended.
