+ -1 moreGreat! The guy showed up did all the hard parts of getting the old one out, needed to grab new fittings (they were expecting to repair it, but when he opened it up there were broken parts all over) and was back quick and had it changed in no time!

+ -1 moreThe plumber arrived on time, brought the new toilet as requested. He was very neat and disposed of the old toilet. A couple days later I called to request that he come back because the toilet was rocking a little. He came that afternoon and fixed the problem at no charge
Description of Work: We have used PalMac Plumbing for many years. The work prefomed was always done in a profesinal manner. The gentleman who does the work is pleasant. The response is always prompt. A concern arose on my last job and the owner called back and the problem was corrected that day at no charge.

+ -1 moreI was impressed by the speed of the repair and the knowledge. I would have like it if he could have stopped to explain the cost and procedure before he did it, but overall we were happy with his work. I would definitely use the service in the future.
Description of Work: I own a rental property in town with a very wet backyard. This causes the sump pumps to work constantly and recently stopped working. The basement was on the verge of completely flooding when we called Pal-Mac Plumbing. When we called him he was able to come the house literally 10 minutes later. He looked over the pump and was able to tell that we needed a new one. He then went out and bought the correct pump and returned about 15 to 20 minutes later. He installed the replacement in about 30 minutes. Overall the appointment took about an hour including the time it took for him to get and hook up the new pump.
