COUNTRYCARE LANDSCAPE

I was on CountryCare's schedule for over a month. We had a signed and agreed upon quote for the work to be performed. In the middle of the work being performed, Mark, the owner showed up and said that he needed to re-measure. The size of my yard did not change, but for a reason that Mark could not explain or justify, he was trying to raise the price of the service on me. I had sent them, at Mark's request, a survey map of the property so that they knew the property lines and the exact dimensions. When asking Mark why he was trying to raise the price and what justification he had, he become emotional and extremely unprofessional. He ended up walking off the job because he could not explain or communicate a valid reason for asking for more money. Consider yourself warned that Mark is dishonest and very unprofessional. There are many landscapers out there to choose from, I encourage you to choose someone other than Countrycare.

I met with the owner Mark. He was very professional and easy to talk to. Answered all my questions and explained what Countrycare Landscaping would do for me. The pricing was reasonable. So far, the work they have done is excellent. The lawn looked great after the thatching was performed. Dillon is the young man who is cutting the lawn about once a week. He does an excellent job for the cutting, trimming, and blower cleanup. The yard looks great after the lawn cutting. I've talked with Dillon a few times. He is friendly, courteous, and takes the time to talk with you with no problem. As busy as he is with all the lawns he cuts, he takes the time when you have questions for him. I would definitely recommend Countrycare Landscaping for anyone needing landscape work. Am thinking of having Countrycare Landscaping do more yard work next year.

The job started on the date provided by the salesman, the workers were prompt arriving on time, were very professionl and performed the work above my expectations. I would recommend this contractor to any friend or relative.

I have used Countrycare twice. One in 1991 at my old house (complete new landscape), and then later at my new house. When I bought the house, the General Contractor used a different company for the front yard. It was a home-a-rama house. They did OK, but it did not compare to the work Mark and Countrycare did. I would use them again

I liked their design fence. We had talked to others too and Countrycare Landscape presented the best design based on what we told them. They did a good job of matching our lawns with the designs they presented. They were very professional and did the job in a timely fashion. We are very pleased with the results.

Mark Wyman (pres) arrived in a timey manner to discuss what needed to be done. He had several suggestions and recommendations,, and was very willing to listen to my ideas and likes. He left several materials for me to try out and gave me estimates for 3 different scenarios. Throughout the process he was professional, helpful and very anxious for me to be happy with the finished product. We settled on an option, although it was not exactly what I had originally had in mind. On the day his worker was removing the existing stones he arrived with an additional option, closer to what I had wanted, and took me to help pick out the stones. I was extremely impressed with his efforts to provide me with exactly what I wanted. Both Mark and his staff were punctual, polite, personable,professional, talented, and easy to work with. The finished product is beautiful

Kept all dates and times as promised. Staff and supervisor were a pleasure to work with. All tasks were done to perfection. They took much pride in their work and enjoyed showing us each task they were now doing and encouraged our comments as they went along.

The work went very well due to Jerry Hill's oversight and good instincts. His design turned out even better than we hoped. He has a good eye for what works and he's very easy to work with. The workers were very professional and skilled in their specialties. They were careful and cleaned up the job site before leaving each evening. We were very pleased and would recommend them highly.

Countrycare Landscape did a fantastic job, I'm very happy with the results. They were really good at working with us as the project went on, and still help when we have questions or need help. The price wasn't bad, and I will definitely call them again if needed.
