Chris and his assistant were prompt. They were neat as they worked. I am very satisfied with the job.

Chris asked the necessary questions before he arrived so he would be prepared for the job. Clearly he had done this before and his experience showed. He was concerned that the wall would not hold the tv safely and went the extra mile to insure that it was mounted with extra support and clearly knew what he was looking for to make that happen. His assistant arrived on time to get the job prepped and ready and they were efficient enough to be able to mount 2 shelves under the flat screen and touch up paint the areas that needed it around the mounting. No delays, no request for extra expenses for materials, no surprises just a job well done. Bravo.

It went fine. The only problem was it took quite a while for him to book it but he said he was very busy so I didn't hear from him in the 2 days that I was supposed to. They did very good work. I would recommend them on a big deal.

I purchased the big deal and it went well. He was here and gave me a form to fill out which I filled out. I don't know what happens to that form but it was my recommendation with him. He took forever to get to respond and then when he finally responded I appreciated the fact that he said he was very busy. He was able to come in early at like nine thirty. He completed the job. The deal was for three hours and he extended over a little bit but he didn't charge me anything extra. Though he took so long there was probably a good reason for it. He made up the appointment, came and in fact he came a little bit earlier. After he made the appointment he was punctual.

Cris was on time. Very professional He did exactly what I wanted him to do. Even though materials were not included in the deal he went put and bought everything and provided me with a receipt. The end result was great. He cleaned up everything. Would recommend him again.

The were very professional and skilled. They did a beautiful job with minimal to no mess. I am very pleased with the final product. The guy that performed the work was detailed and clearly very good at his job. Scheduling was a little tricky, but I felt good about the work and the price.

One man took less than 3 hrs grouting a 5x5 space. Very meticulous and cleaned up after himself.

Chris was held up by weather. Worked intensely and gave me sensible options for solving my problems. I'll ask him to implement them.

Cris scheduled an appointment after visiting my apartment. I was concerned with some outlets and tangle cables/wires. He was able to fix them and replace them.

I had purchased the deal on Feb. 18th. It was my understanding that York Deco had two days to respond to my purchase of the deal via Angies List's message app. He never responded, I found his number about a week later and called several times and finally got him. He apologized and said he was overwhelmed with the Big Deal response and for me to send him some photos of the job. I did so and he responded two days later asking when I wanted the job done. I responded on March 7th that I would like it done Monday, March 17th, he has still not confirmed. It takes too long to go back and forth with York Deco. I realize that they are busy but it only takes a few minutes to respond to an email. Any good business should be able to respond to an email within 24 hours, it shouldn't take days.

Cris was on time and very professional responding to all questions in a careful and courteous way. I'm a newbie to household circuitry, but I'm more informed now. I'm hoping to get a cost quote for future work.

Purchased service and provided 3 days for the service provider to choose from. Didn't receive any communications.

The provider came and said he was going to email me with the estimate information. I have waited a week and have not received any information yet.

Cris and his team were extremely professional, quickly scheduling a site visit, providing a quote and completing the work. Cris was quite responsive and the team did solid work, quickly correcting the one error we pointed out. I have already asked Cris to do another small job and will use him again in the future.

We tried to schedule a day for the work and it didn't work. It was time sensitive and in the end York couldn't accommodate it. I cancelled the job and asked for my money back. Never heard from the guy or Angie's List. Very disappointed overall and feel like going to NY Times with this experience. Big promises but no execution or follow up.

The service provider was communicative, professional and polite. However, we were unable to schedule a mutually-convenient time for the service.

Cris, the service provider electrician solved the problem: The boilers installer, the first floor tenant, connected the second floor electricity to his first floor line. Why he would want to pay for the second floor electrical use baffles me.

All went very well. Everything was explained in detail; protection of furniture and clean-up handled well.

I like it - work quickly done and efficiently.

They were extremely thorough...checking and testing every line and outlet. They took the time to fully explain the process and their findings. I never expected them to spend so much time, especially considering the reasonable.cost.
