+ -1 moreHe did not put the tarp on correctly and put it over a satellite dish. The tarp ended up moving and I got rain in my house. He charged an outrageous price and then bullied me to change my review on Home Advisor. I regret hiring him and would never do that again.
Description of Work: He was supposed to put a tarp on the roof.
