Frogiero Contracting Inc. did an outstanding job. John Frogiero,owner is an expert in concrete work. His company installed a new expanded driveway, walkway, new sidewalk and completed a new patio with paving stones.John was there daily to oversee all work. He was attentive to detail, flexible and explained the process step by step . He has a fine crew of workers who were very professional and performed in an excellent manner. I will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to others. The results of this project exceeded my expectations.

I reached out to John in June of 2016 for an estimate on the total re-pavement of the front of my house, my backyard and partial driveway. I was very impressed with his professionalism and honesty at that time (he did not insist on any money upfront--said to pay at the end of the job) as well as the decent quote he gave on the whole job. Unfortunately, timing was off; busy season, weather too hot (mid summer) and then by fall other things came up and I shelved the work until the spring. Once spring 2017 rolled around, I got some other estimates but remembered John and dug up his initial estimate and phoned him to come back and resurrect communication. He came by straight away and we resumed our discussions. Bad luck had hit us again this year with weeks of continuous rain and other issues, but I/we stuck it tenaciously through and he finally came by in mid-June and did the job flawlessly! His workers were always on time, clean, neat (always swept up and removed any excess debris) and hard-working. The work was done in under a week (we had a one-day delay with one of the concrete trucks that broke down) and the pavements came out beautiful! (See pictures). My neighbors are so jealous! :) I paid John about 1/2 of the money once half of the work was completed and paid the balance in full at the end of the job as agreed upon. It couldn't have been an easier transaction. If only all other professionals I hire could go as smoothly! I am keeping in touch with John for any future work I may have down the road and will recommend him to anyone who needs a good general contractor!

John, owner of Frogiero Contracting, is an expert in concrete work. Day 1 - excavation: John came with a full crew, bobcat, and demolition removal truck. Day 2 - concrete pour. Relief joints were all very well done. John even cut a straight line on the joining concrete at no extra charge.

After inspecting the house, he gave us a very good estimate, He sounded honest and knowledgeable. After we agreed to do the job he continued delaying the starting date for about a month till he became non-responsive. We texted him yesterday for the last time and he never got back to us. His lack of professionalism set us back to do a job that he said will be done in two days. One month wasted. Now back to find somebody else to complete the job before winter.

Went great. John is detail oriented, hard working, and honest. He and his team did a nice, clean, thorough job, and he was very responsive to questions I called and texted him about. I highly recommend.

Excellent!! John insisted that no money be paid until the job was done to my satisfaction. Even when it was done to my satisfaction he left a crew there to patrol a concrete until it has sufficiently drive so that not even leaves would be embedded. They had leaf blowers. I have never seen such pride and such quality workmanship. John insisted that a proper gravel bed replaced prior to concrete installation. He insisted that I take a sample of the concrete that I can have study for further corroboration that it was to the requested psi which was 4000. Although I initially wanted to just one third of the yard done he gave me such a good deal that I am now take ecstatic that the entire yard was done and now my front yard is the best on the block. Thank you!

Frogiero Contracting is GREAT, they did a quality job that draw attention and get us a lot of compliments from the neighbors. John worked with us to understand all of our needs, and gave us a very good price for everything. From the start to finish John personally supervised all the work. He is prompt, diligent,professional and exceptionally polite, you could tell that he takes pride in his work by the attention he shows. The crew worked quickly and professionally, all the workers are skillful, super nice and well mannered. John and his team did a great job, we will call him again and would eagerly recommended Frogiero Contracting.

Frogiero Contracting literally made my dream come true and made me one of the happiest homeowners on my block. The work was meticulously performed, within the estimate and time frame promised. Through-out the course of the construction, John?s staff was highly conscientious and paid attention to detailing. They also displayed a very high level of professionalism, experience, dedication and commitment to quality. John takes pride in the service that he provides to his clients. To put things succinctly, I found Frogiero Contracting to be nothing less than extremely dedicated, courteous and proficient. The result was that the quality of workmanship was excellent. After the project was completed John ensured that the site was left impeccably clean and all waste materials removed and disposed off. To make the experience even more amazing, John moved/transplanted my beloved maple tree, which my wife and I didn't want to lose, from its former location to the end of the concrete driveway at no extra cost to us. Frogiero Contracting, without a doubt, will be my General Contractor of choice for any future projects and I highly recommend him for any construction project.

The entire process from estimate to completion was outstanding. Giovanni and team were very professional and responsivie. The quality of the work was outstanding and the of completion time amazing. The crew did the entire job in one day and did not leave until the entire site was completely cleaned up. I would certainly reccomend Frogiero Contracting Inc and plan on using them for future home improvement needs

John and his team are outstanding! His price is fair, his workmanship is of the highest quality, and he is strives to deliver perfection. He is a professional as is his team, they arrive as scheduled, perform the work that is required and at the end of the work day clean up the property! I have used his services in the past for a concrete sidewalk and was happy to use him again. John is someone that I amhappy to refer to others!!

John was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive and concerned about making us happy. If there was something that we wanted changed, he did it without complaint. John gave our property extra attention by adding additional concrete and re-bar where the porch and driveway meets the foundation. There were numerous other extra things John did to make sure we were satisfied with his work. The quality of the work and the attractiveness of how our house looks now speaks for itself.

It was a very pleasurable experience for he was punctual and had great communication with me to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Extremely professional in regards to materials and colors that should of been used. Used high safety measures!

Mr. Frogiero completed the work 1 day ahead of time even with a 1 day delay. His price was much lower than any other contractor in the area. His work matched the pictures he showed me prior to the work. He cleaned up afterwards and we are very satisfied with the work he did. I will use him again and highly recommend him.
