It went well but a very long wait for it to be custom made.

Very good quality and installation and easy to work with!!

The two men who replaced the door arrived exactly on time. They concentrated on their work, attended to details and answered all our questions. When done, they cleaned up using a vacuum cleaner, removed the old door and all other debris. The door is situated well and looks nice. A short time after the men left, Mr. Bologna, the company owner, called to ask how things had gone. A few hours later, we detected what seemed to have been some cold air coming through a spot or two in the door frame. When we called and left a message for Mr. Bologna he returned our call in about ten minutes. He said that he would come over tomorrow to repair whatever needed fixing. He have no doubt that he will do so. Overall, it was a good experience dealing with Mr. Bologna and the two installers.

A thoroughly professional job through and through. Valentino was patient in explaining the best solution for our problem and his first diagnosis was the correct one. We waited about a month for the (custom) door to be delivered, and installation followed within a week. The installers were great, very careful and thorough. The day of installation was a very cold December day, but we never thought that they were rushing to finish the job. We have owned our house for twenty years and have had many contractors. Some have been better than others. We were very pleased with this job and would recommend Valentino to our friends. We are very happy with our new door and with how well the process went.

Very well, the job came out just as I expected. The new windows and door installation was a success. The house looks stunning after this work.

We were extremely happy with our new custom door and blinds/shades. The door is well made and made a huge difference in curb appeal and eliminating draft. We ordered several different styles of blinds and everyone that visits comments on them. There was a large selection to choose from the owner Valentino was professional and knowledgeable. The install was well executed. Highly recommend.

After shopping around and reading other reviews I decided to contact Custom Windows & Doors Inc. for window treatments. After setting up an appointment, I was greeted by a gentleman named Val that mentioned he was the owner of the company. He was very thorough and we also went over colors and styles that would best suit each room. I was notified when my custom order had arrived and the installation went very smoothly. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this store.

I needed new vinyl windows for my small home in Astoria. Valentino and his team are very punctual, professional and take pride in their work. The quality was very good and Valentino helped me choose the best windows for my home and answered all of my questions! I will definitely goto Custom Windows and Doors again in the future

I usually do not write reviews, but it may be helpful to someone. I was not happy with the owner and his company. First, it took way too long to receive the door and to get it installed. It took almost 2 months and we were not even contacted when the order finally came in. After 2 months, I actually called myself and the lady said the order was in. A customer should not be guessing when the order will come in. It was also very difficult to get a weekend appointment for the installation. After appointment was made, workers came and installed the door and locks. Few months later, the doors and locks are already falling apart and it is not locking shut properly. We never saw the owner again after he took our initial large deposit and he never even checked to see how everything went. I found the owner to be rude and a company that does not focus on customer service. I will not refer anyone to this company nor will I ever hire them again. I rather work with a company who is involved in the project and if you have issues, a customer should not be turned away or treated rudely.

The installers arrived on time and conducted themselves professionally. The job began in the morning and ended by early afternoon. I also appreciated the initial planning process - Valentino personally visited and inspected the house entrance where the installation was to made. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

Brown, the installation expert, did an exceptional job in reinforcing, reframing and installing the door combination. There was a lot of rot to be addressed that had intially concerned us, but his experience level and know how eased our worrries and made for a superb job. This install was clean, level and true to the mark. I would absolutely call these guys again for anything we may need in the future. Job spectacularly done!

The windows were installed perfectly no problem. Staff cleaned all the mess and took out the old windows and garbage. Very well done.

Valentino (the owner) was on time at our appointment. Instead of trying to sell the more expensive products his company offers like other salesmen, he recommended the option most suitable for us and for our budget. He was honest and reliable. I have also talked to Arlene the phone receptionist a couple of times to check on status of doors and to confirm installation schedule, she was very helpful. She promptly got back to me and answered every question or concern that I had. I would highly recommend this company for door installation. Thank you Val!

Excellent. The doors did take quite a while to arrive (about 6 -7 weeks), but the service was great and so far the door is working wonderfully. Installation done 12/2/2017 by very nice and talented guys! They also worked quickly and did not leave my home in shambles. I'd tell consumers in the market for a quality door to spend the extra cash and get a CUSTOM door, it's worth it!

The contractors arrived on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. They did an excellent job and I have recommended their service to family & friends. Infact, my neighbors compliment how my doors are the talk of the neighborhood! The doors DO enhance the beauty of my home!

Valentino's men were conscientious and careful when removing a very, old wooden door. They were precise with every stage of the installation, cleaned along the way and were courteous. Valentino stopped by to ensure the installation was proceeding on schedule and that there were no issues with any of the components. Overall, a terrific experience and a beautiful, new entry door-- just in time for the holidays!

Not great. Was told they don't do pricing on the phone, which means you have to come in person. Also told they are closed this coming Saturday and maybe next, but I will need to call them next week to check. So unless I take day off from work they can't really provide anything. Not really sure how they still in businesses.

Val and his team were great and easy to deal with

A straight forward installation. Pricing was fair but Valentino worked with our budget so we got a good value. The installers completed the job in a few hours and were experienced and equipped to replace some very old doors and frames.

Job went well. Awning installed very fast and great job

Valentin was terrific to work with. Punctual, delivered a good product. His workmen were neat and professional. Had a slight problem after the job and Valentin himself addressed it to our satisfaction.

Valentino came over to our house and he had every sample book you need to find the door you need. He really knows what he is talking about. If you have gone to those box stores you'll know what I'm talking about. We love our new doors!!!!
