+ 0 moreNeal and Louis did a great job on our bathroom, complete gutting and rebuilding. As the project progressed other smaller things came up and were taken care of. We are very happy with our new bathroom.

Description of Work: expanded an existing concrete patio, installed new steps, new cap, new railing, refurbished cellar door, new side walk around the patio, house foundation repaired, sealed and painted.

+ -1 moreThe owner is Nick Austine. He overpromised and under delivered. It was my second time using him. I had used him before several years back. This time I used him for a bigger job and he wasn’t up to a larger job. He did a small job for me, and he was fine for that. But he was not up for a full apartment renovation. With regard to quality, it's not even a year later, and the staining that he did on the wood finish is already fading. I have some other work that was done ten years ago and the staining is holding up better than what he did a year ago. With regard to responsiveness, he will call us back usually. I definitely would not use him again in the future.
