+ -1 moreAfter I noticed a couple of bites, I removed the bed sheets and was shocked to observe the extent of the problem. Ana at reception was great, calmed me down and walked me through the process. Antonio did the actual extermination. Really nice guy, very personable and sounds just like John Leguizamo. He gave me the crash course in entomology, explained what he was looking for and what he was doing. He was very thorough (bed frames, floor perimeters, outlets, ect) and also helped me move some things that I had neglected to take out of the way. I know some places use steam or cyrogenic treatment. This was a spray job. He came back two weeks later but by then the problem was gone. For a five bedroom home, I thought the price was reasonable. These guys are the bed bug kings!

+ -1 moreOverall, I would definitely refer Mark to anyone who has a bedbug/termite problem. He's very professional and I look forward to using him again (hopefully not for bedbugs!)
Description of Work: What can I say, Mark runs his business the way every business should. Responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and above all takes ownership. I've used Mark only once for a termite problem that I had in my garage and another at my aunts house. He had come about 2 years ago to thoroughly treat my termite problem. About a year later I developed another re-occurance of termites in my garage. I contacted Mark and he gladly obliged to come, but instead I made him wait till I had the entire roof of my garage ripped apart as the damage was behind repair. About 2 weeks ago Mark was able to send out someone to reinject the pesticide into the ground floor. On top of that I visited his office and picked up some additional pesticides for termites as an extra precaution and also some bed bug treatment solutions . His staffer was so courteous when I came and picked up the items. On a second occasion, Mark had visited my uncles house for a bed bug evaluation, Mark was very thorough and checked every floor of the house and gave us a terrific and very competitive price. Unfortunately my stubborn uncle thought he could treat this problem himself with Home Depot bed bug sprays (big MISTAKE!) I would have oped to pay on my uncle behalf but I would rather him learn the hard but nonetheless I felt bad I had to make Mark come.
