+ -1 moreThey were prompt at first. It took the a week to send estimate that was suppose to take three days. They charged $200 per hour and a wildly high estimate. They were not friendly and it was a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience.
Description of Work: They did a small repair and gave an estimate on repairing a/c unit.

+ -1 moreTHIS IS A RELIABLE COMPANY. THEY COME OUT AS STATED IN THE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. IF ANY PROBLEMS ARE FOUND THEY DISCUSS REPAIR OPTIONS AND CLEAN UP ANY MESS THAT IS MADE. THEY ALSO COMMUNICATE WELL.
Description of Work: PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE.

+ -1 moreTHEY TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF MY FURNACE. I HAVE USED THEM FOR A LOT OF YEARS AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL. THEY KEEP TO A REGULAR SCHEDULE AND I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY COMES OUT TWICE A YEAR TO CLEAN THE BOILER AND SERVICE ALL THE WORKING PARTS. THEY COME ONCE A MONTH TO DELIVER OIL. THEY ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
