I hired Peter to do a quick appraisal on my primary residence in order to meet a tax grievance deadline. Peter didn't disappoint! He provided me with a 24 hour turnaround just as he said and he was very professional throughout the entire process. The only problem I had, was that he forgot to give me a receipt for the payment but besides that everything was great.

Peter, the owner of this business, took my money and never delivered. Peter went to a property to do an appraisal on a Wednesday afternoon at 1pm. After that it was very difficult to get in touch with him. He would answer 1 out of every 3-4 times i reached out to him. I tried everything from text, phone calls, & emails. At the property when i paid him, he told me he would have the appraisal by the weekend (Wednesday to Sunday is 5 days, kind of long but OK). He then moved it to the next day, Monday. He then told me he would have it soon but it was a difficult property to appraise. He never sent my appraisal or answered my messages. I eventually lost the property trying to scramble to find another appraiser. I sent him an email asking him to at least give me a verbal evaluation so i wouldn't loose the deal and he could sent me the official paperwork later. He doesn't answer the phone, he misses deadlines, and eventually just steals your money with no service provided.
