Description of Work: I scheduled multiple appointments and kept getting the run around. Once we finally met a 75k project almost became a 250k a comparable scope of work. If your looking for a guy to complicate things then this is your guy.

Description of Work: Mr. Gluck provides an outstanding energy auditing service and is an excellent teacher. In the course of his energy audit, I accompanied him as he inspected my home demonstrating air leaks. In so doing, I came to appreciate that he is expert in far more than energy efficiency; Mr. Gluck and his company are expert in all aspects of construction and renovation and an invaluable resource. Based on this initial meeting, reference checks and subsequent conversations I retained Bonded to manage my $400,000 home renovation. Beholden to no one and able to recommend many contractors in each field, every vendor they have recommended has been wonderful to work with. My project cost (while certainly high) is MUCH lower than it would have been had I gone with a GC (we had interviewed 6 or 7 firms) and the construction quality is much better - Bonded has made multiple site visits to ensure that standards are met and no corners are cut. Finally, Bonded helped me apply for various grant and loan programs to help offset the costs of my energy efficiency work. Mr. Gluck is a man of integrity, very well regarded in the construction community and a joy to work with.
