Rick is very professional. He was on time and courteous. He examined the floors and discussed refinish options with us. He made recommendations based on his experience. He also provided examples of his work showing before and after pictures. He provided a comparison of the various options and discussed the criteria for the options he was recommending. Rick was very thorough in his approach providing details on the time required to perform the work, cost, material needed, setup, cleanup and overall process.

The work was performed when and how he said it would be.He was on time, worked all day, and finished when he said he would.Results are excellent, price was reasonable.

See above. Work was completed earlier than anticipated and we continue to be pleased with the results.

The work started on Tuesday...an 8 hour day-resulting in the completion of the repair, sanding, and coat of sealer; Wednesday about 3 hours with sanding and 1st coat of finish; Thursday about 3 hours - sanding and last coat of finish. The repair was of such quality that it is impossible to tell where those repairs were made. Oil based products were used so the smell was unpleasant for a few days but the craftsman suggested ways to make that more tolerable. He also gave us printed information and verbal advice on how to maintain and care for the floors long term. The beauty of this transformation has us planning to do the rest of the house as soon as possible and we will use this person because of his attitude, thoroughness, experience, reputation and most importantly the results of his work.
