+ -1 moreIt was all good until it came time to pay. My husband had a heart attack and we were out of town. I tried to explain but he wanted his money right then. It took some coordination but we got him his money that day. It just made an already stressful situation a lot more stressful. I felt very intimidated. Later he apologized but it just made me nervous. I got the feeling you definitely did not want to mess with him. However his work was good. He did deliver.

Description of Work: Phone request to arrange for installation of new kitchen faucet which had we purchased prior to the visit. The plumber said it was not the right kind of unit. He returned the next day after we had purchased the correct type of faucet. After completing the installation we asked him to check out a problem in one of our bathrooms. He was able to diagnose and fix that problem.

+ -1 moreHe seemed confident, very polite and very thorough. He had to come in twice because of the faucet issue. I would rate him high overall. I did recommend him to friends. I would use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Guagliardo Plumbing & Heating for plumbing. The last time I used him was in mid November last year. They replaced the faucet and a shut off valve in bathroom.
