Baker's was excellent from the very first phone conversation I had with them. They provided a selection of quotes that same day by e-mail, the quotes were very detailed and even provided pictures of the product the quote was for. I compare this with Overhead Door, who took over a week to get a single quote out to us, only after I called and bugged them about it. Baker's was prompt on the installation day and did a fantastic job! The door looks and works great! They showed us that they wanted our business and lived up to that as well.
