In the beginning, Ferrellgas provided us with excellent propane service. They always came and filled the tank promptly (we were on a schedule). Prices seemed a little high, but service was reliable.
However, when we were preparing to sell our home, we needed them to come and read the tank so we could make arrangements with the buyers to pay us for the remaining gas. This would allow them to just change the account to their name and continue service without disruption. After numerous phone calls, it was determined that it would be several weeks before anyone could come and read the tank. I was finally able to take a picture and the realtor agreed to let the buyer use that as proof of what was left in the tank.
Allow the woman I spoke to was always professional and understanding, I was very disappointed in the lack of service provided during our final days of using Ferrellgas.
