Excellent service from start to finish. Rich was willing to see us in the evenings for our estimate - which is a great convenience for dual working spouse families. His crew was respectful of our property and left it in clean condition at the end of each workday. They let us know what they were doing every day. The final day of the week-long project was wonderful - they spent extra time getting all of the small details correct and gave us great care advice. It is great to know a quality contractor and I will use them in the future without hesitation.

They were totally very nice to work with. I had no problems. They gave quality work and they worked very hard. They were prompt and on time. They did exactly what they said they would do and in some instances they did quite a bit more. I was very happy with them. I paid $2,500 to resurface the old driveway and the other driveway was $3,000. I would absolutely use them again.

This guy is a perfectionist!! He made sure he shot straight lines from the corners of our buildings to keep the driveway straight. He removed several inches of dirt, as he said he would. The work was done in the time frame he gave. I would definitely use J and S Paving again.

This is the second time I used J & S Paving Co. , pleased the first time and pleased the second. Rich did more than needed to fulfill his contract. His crew took almost two days to prep the old gravel drive. His expert use of the Bobcat, to the application of crushed limestone , to the application of the binder was done in the most professional manner. He and his crew showed on time and worked the whole day. All questions were answered and Rich continually had good ideas to make the job even better. Rich is a stickler to detail. He makes sure the job is done right before he moves on. His whole crew is polite and considerate aand they know how to work.

The price I paid for Angie's List paid off right away when I read the reviews on J & S Paving Co. The owner Rich Wirth repaired our 40 year old black top driveway. He spent almost two days in preparation for the top coat of black top. He dug out bad spots put in a section of binder deep down where it was needed. Then he patched all the low spots and brought them up to grade before he applied the final coat of black top. His crew was courteous and worked very hard the whole time. He answered all my concerns and went out of his to do more then he had to. His motto of "I treat your driveway as if it was mind is," is true. I really felt I got my money's worth form this company. If you are looking for residential paving work, you would be wise to get an estimate and talk to Rich about your job.

I was impressed at the very beginning when Richard Wirth promptly met with me to give me an estimate. When he and his crew came to my house a few days later to lay the asphalt - they did a fine job. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and careful. The new asphalt on the driveway is smooth and even - looks so good. The edges are impressive - are sharp and look very sturdy. They resized my downspout to fit on top of the new asphalt and took away a large rock that they dug up from the old driveway. The men knew what they were doing and I am very pleased with their work.

The drive way went very well very professionally done, his team consisting of his sons worked very hard and were very conciencious. While the lawn is coming in I was not very happy with the grade of the top soil, not screened, and I feel Icould have used maybe one or two more loads of product in certain areas. Over all I am completely satisfied with the job, the owner Rich Wirth knows the business and will share with you exactly what he is doing, any questions just ask. And as with any job make sure that everything is in writing.
