I called the week before we moved to set up service for upon our arrival. The home seller was a current customer and I was assured we could keep his wheeled trash container. Right before our first trash pickup was scheduled, Butler came and took the container. When I called to inquire about this, I also found out they had billed us for the week before our service was scheduled to even start and had entered our address into their system incorrectly. I spoke to 3 different people trying to find out when they would correct their mistake and bring us a container, and they all said they would look into it and call me back. No one ever returned my calls and the woman I spoke to the 4th time was quite the piece of work. She was extremely unprofessional and rude, and made the following claims: -she is the person in charge of the containers and she didn't make a mistake, it simply slipped through the cracks. -she couldn't say when a new container would be delivered, even though my first call to arrange for service was 30 days ago. -she said they never call customers back, they are simply to busy.

Called them in July of 2015 and canceled service but they kept billing me. We were on the west coast for 3 months and when we got home we found another bill from them. I called them and told them it was canceled in July but they refused to acknowledge. I contacted them multiple time to get this fixed but they will not fix the bill. I called them 7 times on this and again on March 27 2017 and now they are telling me another BS story that I only paid $40 but I had to pay in full to get service. This company is a rip off to say the least and you better save your receipts. They stole a portion of my money and put it in their pocket. Now my bill is over $200 and I refuse to pay these crooks.
