Franklin Villa excellently represented the company and supervised and worked on the project for the entire time. The crew of 3-5 arrived on the days specified with all necessary paving equipment and material. On the the first day they completed the removal of the old driveway which included a carport area for two cars, a circle on flat ground and a steep driveway about 30 feet long. On the second day, they laid the asphalt binder according to our specifications. Plus, they widened our winter parking area at the bottom. We could not have asked for more!

I wanted a two-tier wall put behind my house, a patio put in, and the back of my foundation sealed. Franklin gave me quotes for each item and explained what he would do. He did everything exactly as described. My wife and really like the work he did, and his prices were very reasonable.

Franklin Villa contacted me very quickly after my initial request. He called to let me know that he would be late arriving to do the estimate. His estimate came in $3,000.00 lower than the other two estimates I received and he noticed things that the other contractors did not. He ended up rebuilding a stone wall bordering the driveway and I also had him clear out a drain trench that was overgrown and recap it and still came in $1300 less than the other estimates I received.

Absolutely beautiful work. Far exceeded my expectations. Workers were meticulous and did a lot of the fine work by hand. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Franklin and his crew were very pofessional. They arrived when they said they would. Left the work area clean everyday even when they were returning the next day. I would hire them again for any future work we may have.

I was extremely pleased with Manuel Villa and Sons Construction. I had gotten a few quotes to pave my driveway and they were by far the best price. After reading many positive reviews about their quality of work, I decided to go with them. They were very accommodating with my schedule, called when they said they would, showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Beautiful, quality job. I am very happy and would highly recommend them!!

Very impressive, professional work done on the driveway with asphalt and belgian block. It frames the house beautiful and adds to the curb appeal. Highly recommend.
